Big on Communication
All of our coaches are big on communication between the coach and the athlete. We make it a point to respond to clients as quickly as possible and fulfill exactly what the package they paid for entails.
No contracts
If you would like to pay for three or more months at a time and receive a discount you can do that. Otherwise you can use our pay as you go system where you a billed monthly.
cancel anytime
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your coaching experience, all we ask if for a minimum of 2 weeks notice that you would like to cancel your coaching.
Frequently Asked Questions
Not always, for clients in the US, Canada or Trinidad & Tobago, calls will be done via regular phone call. Otherwise calls will be done via Skype, Whatsapp or Instagram.
Yes, for emergency situations such as, injury etc. you can feel free to reach out to your coach. Otherwise, we highly recommend you choose a package that suits your communication needs.
For Training programs it takes no longer than 3 days. For nutrition plans it takes no longer than 5 days.
We use a combination of both in most of our programs. It depends on the athlete & their experience level.
No, if a client decides to cancel, all payments already made are not refundable. However, if we are unable to fulfill our end of the deal for any reason then a FULL refund will be given.
