Great bang for your buck! Bought this to lead into a powerlifting meet and added 51 pounds to my total. Biggest PR was in deadlift with 22 pound PR which is naturally my strongest lift. I made some personal tweaks based off where I felt I needed extra work. Something you always should do with templates but I would definitely run it again!
