The last Deadlift Specialization. This program takes what we learned with V1 & V2 and turns it up to 11. Since dropping the first Deadlift Specialization program in 2021 we’ve helped 100’s of guys break stubborn plateaus, improve technique, finally hit milestone numbers & hit new meet bests.
