This 10 week Powerbuilding program is designed to help you gain muscle mass while increasing your one rep max on the big 3. The program is divided into 2 phases and has a built in deload week at the middle and a one rep max test week at the end so that you are able to give 100% in training throughout and then test to see how much progress you’ve made! This program is ideal for intermediate lifters but advanced lifters can enjoy it and see progress as well. Accessory movements are also scheduled in for every single training day.
Even though this is one of our most affordable programs it still has built in customization so that it gets results for a wide variety of lifters. Based on your input when setting up the program both weekly volume and exercise selection will be automatically adjusted to suit you!
This program includes an in-depth description and step by step instructional page which shows you how to set up the program to suit you as well as tips on running it effectively. Awesome program. The workouts take about an hour 15 minutes. Overall I increased 26 lbs on bench, 25 on squat, and 30 on deadlift. Gained about 6 lbs as well. Not bad for 10 weeks!

Did a few powerbuilding programs before because i prefer a mixed style of training as opposed to fully on either side. Hands down this has been my favorite because it actually gives you great strength gains. ALMOST ALL of the porgams i did before this one felt like body building programs with SBD thrown into it but this one actually builds you up to some 1rms and it’s soo good. This is my first time ever actually being/following a program and I got to admit I love it. I can’t give much of an honest answer since I don’t have to much experience with powerlifting, but my strength along with muscle mass has sure been increasing. I’m currently on day 5 of week 6. I have never trained with RPE or not trained to failure (I always used to train to failure and never take deload weeks or really rest) and I was not aware you could make a lot more progress especially in the long run.
