This third edition of our Powerbuilding program builds on what we did and the crazy results guys got in Vol. 1 & Vol. 2!

This program can be run on it’s own but we do recommend you run this series in order.

We got some really amazing feedback from you guys on the Vol. 1 & 2 programs and we spent almost 2 months working on this one so that we could provide you guys with what we believe is the most complete Powerbuilding program currently available. Here are some of the things we did:

  1. We added in a personalized RPE chart which automatically gives you recommendations for what number you should hit based on the give RPE and number of reps.
  2. We added our upgraded customization system which automatically adjusts the volume and intensity of your program to your needs based on your questionnaire answers at set-up. This new system allows this program to be tweaked over 100 different ways to ensure that you get the most out of these 10 weeks!
  3. This program is fully home gym friendly so you can select your accessories from a drop-down menu incase you don’t have access to a full facility.
  4. We added in a boat load of accessory and variation options for all the main movements, secondary movements and even the core/ab work.
  5. There is now a Warm-up How-to Guide built into the program which gives a brief expiation as to what you can do before you hit the bar to get the most out of your work-out.
  6. We added more accessories and bodybuilding work overall, including supersets, giant sets/circuits and more so that you get the best of both worlds; strength and size!

 

Similar to the first 2 Volumes, this program is divided into 2 phases and has a built in deload week at the middle and one rep max tests for each main lift in week 10 so that you are able to give 100% in training throughout and then test to see how much progress you’ve made!

This program is ideal for intermediate to advanced lifters, we recommend beginners start with Vol. 1 and work their way up!


This program includes an in-depth description and step by step instructional page which shows you how to set up the program to suit you as well as tips on running it effectively. There is also a detailed video explanation of the program if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to read the instructions.

    It’s a great program offers a lot of value and the Rpe calculator is super helpful and I like the little notes next to the program so you have an idea on how to execute your work out perfectly.

    Had a hard time deciding between this and the push pull legs program but I went with this one because I had done the powerbuidling v1 last year and this blew away my expectations, such a huge step up from the v1 in every way. Great exercise variety, a lot of bodybuilding work and solid customization. Highly recommend this powerbuilding program.

    pretty good program, I gained 10kg or more on each lift and about 5kg BW which ws great! I am a beginner though, not sure how it’ll work for more advanced guys.

    1. making a PDF instead of an excel sheet I think would be much better! Simply have one page full of alternate lifts instead of the drop-down like you have one page full of explanations of set “0′ and MYO rep.
    2. make the program cell phone friendly or consider making an APP (which would be dope) so that we can transition easily through the categories by phone.
    3. preferably like chest with chest and legs with legs for power bodybuilding. Other than that let’s go!!!!
