SSTT’s 10 Week Squat Specialization

Overall Squat Frequency: 3 Days/Weekly

Type: RPE & Percentage Based.

*Although this program is Squat focused, it does include Bench Press and Deadlift work which is progressed weekly!*

Our specialization programs are all designed with one goal in mind; help you destroy plateaus and put poundage on your lifts quickly. This squat specialization is the last in our specialization series and we’ve taken things up a notch.

Similar to our Bench Specialization, this program is divided into 2 phases and has a built in deload week at the middle and a one rep max test week at the end so that you are able to give 100% in training throughout and then test to see how much progress you’ve made! You also have the option of testing Bench Press & Deadlift maxes.

Here are some of the things we’ve done to take this one to another level:

  1. This program includes SSTT’s exclusive 20min Squat Tutorial which goes over Exactly how you can build your squat technique to be as efficient as possible, common questions asked about the squat and also best mobility exercises for the squat.
  2. We added in a personalized RPE chart which automatically gives you recommendations for what number you should hit based on the give RPE and number of reps.
  3. We added our upgraded customization system which automatically adjusts the volume and intensity of your program to your needs based on your questionnaire answers at set-up. This new system allows this program to be tweaked over 50 different ways to ensure that you get the most out of these 10 weeks!
  4. There is now a Warm-up How-to Guide built into the program which gives a brief expiation as to what you can do before you hit the bar to get the most out of your work-out.


This program is ideal for intermediate lifters but beginner or advanced lifters can enjoy it and see progress as well. Accessory movements are also scheduled in for every single training day. You can also select your favorite variation movements for each main lift!

This program includes an in-depth description and step by step instructional page which shows you how to set up the program to suit you as well as tips on running it effectively. There is also a detailed video explanation of the program if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to read the instructions.
