Our Powerbuilding series was a bigger hit than we had first imagined. You guys loved the way we brought together strength training and bodybuilding into one program and gave it the StrengthStudio twist. Based on the feedback and many requests we got over the years we decided to use what we’ve learned from that series and build a premium version of one of the most popular training splits in the world.   • This program uses our New RPE & Percentage system which allows the program to be run fully RPE based or fully % based. This means lifters of any experience level and jump in and start making progress!

  • This program is fully home gym friendly so you can easily select your accessories from a drop-down menu incase you only have access to limited equipment.

This program is divided into 2 phases and has a built in deload week at the middle and one rep max test day test day at the end so that you are able to give 100% in training throughout and then see how much progress you’ve made!
