The Total Specialist. This first edition of Rondel’s program puts all lifts on the front burner and is designed to turn you into the strongest version of yourself over the ~4 Month duration. This is the longest program we’ve ever released and it follows a similar design to the program Rondel used to add 100lbs to his total in 5 Months as an already advanced lifter.

Although this is a first edition program we’ve held nothing back. We used everything we learned from Jamal’s intermediate series and our other popular programs to bring to you one of the most refined strength acceleration systems on the market.
